The Telangana State Network (SoFTNET/T-SAT) is an initiative of the Ministry of Society, Information Technology, Electronics, and Communications to provide quality education which undermines the Telangana State Government’s communications and information technology potential.

SoftNet uses GSET 8 satellite and broadcasts four channels. T-SET Nipuna and T-Saat Vidya have focused on the needs of the people of Telangana in areas like distance education, agricultural extension, rural development, telemedicine, and e-governance.

SoftNet aims to educate, educate, and empower the people of Telangana state to use video visual technology and to provide the best education and training opportunities to the stakeholders.

Softnet manages a variety of educational and training resources and enables quality faculty to reach last-mile facilities. Training facilities in the areas of Women and Child Welfare, Rural Development, Skills Development, Health, Agricultural Extension, etc. help the users to get acquainted with the development of the respective fields.
