At CETE we believe in bringing the community together to prepare for major emergencies. Our flagship Pak Life Saver APK is based on collaboration between the education, health, and education sectors and the government and is led by a mini-secretariat at CETE.

The main objective of this program is to transform Pakistan into a nation of empowered citizens with life-saving skills.

Through this program, we aim to train 10 million Pakistani citizens and help them acquire basic skills in life-saving resuscitation and bleeding control. To date, over 250,000 Pakistani nationals have been trained as lifeguards!

Tentang Kami

Pak Life Saver APK is an ICT-based initiative launched by the Punjab Emergency Services to develop a nation of citizens and youth equipped with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills to save lives and promote safety.

Using mobile Applications, and web portals, citizens can register and access lifesaving course material online and take online tests.

Successful citizens can visit the nearest rescue station/CPR training center for hands-on training and certification. The main objectives of this initiative are detailed below.

• Improved survival of patients suffering from cardiac arrest.
• Provide essential life-saving skills to the population.
• Improve global image of Pakistan
• Inculcate a sense of leadership and civic responsibility among Pakistani youth and create a positive culture of helping the needy.
