Nishtha App APK is an Android application developed and offered by NCERT for teachers and students who want to enhance their knowledge when teaching in govt and private Schools. This App helps the teachers of India to build community and increase education strategy through various techniques.

Nistha is a capacity-building program to improve the quality of school education through integrated teacher training. The aim is to increase the efficiency of first teachers and principals at the first level. Officers (at state, district, block, and cluster level) trained through a unified approach to education outcomes, school-based assessment, education-oriented education, new educational initiatives, taking into account the different needs of children through different lessons.

It is planned by forming National Resource Groups (NRGs) and State Resource Groups (SRGs) at the national and state levels which will later train 422 lakh teachers. Strong Portal / Management Information System (MIS) is also used with this capacity-building initiative to provide training, monitoring, and support methods.

It is the Government of India’s facial application that helps teachers improve their teaching skills and learn new teaching techniques that will help students understand their teaching.
